Silks Catering is a family owned and operated business.

As owner and head chef, Binh Huynh personally cooks at your function to ensure each dish is of the upmost quality. Binh has over 28 years of industry experience which is reflected in the consistency and quality of each dish that is served.

Binh takes pride of his cooking, therefore he is happy to consult with any of his clients who have any questions regarding his food.

Formerly known as Double Lucky Palace, Silks has catered for many weddings and prestige events throughout Victoria.
   
       
Initially a majority of the business were weddings; however reputation spread and demands became high for SILKS to represent its diversity of food into corporate functions and other celebrations.  
       
With a large variety of modern and traditional Chinese cuisines carefully put together by Binh himself, you will be confident your event will not only be a success, but one to be remembered

Our team comprises of over 100 dedicated individuals who possess broad hospitality knowledge and share our commitment to food and service excellence.

Silks’ staffs are known for their attention to detail, which are driven by perfection and professionalism.

The consultant you liaise with personally co-ordinate your event from the time you speak to them until after the event. Each of our consultants have over 10 years industry experience, who will assist you in any way to ensure your event is a success.

Our head chef never compromises quality. Every individual ingredient used must be fresh and inspected by the head chef prior to cooking. For this reason, our chef personally select the food directly from the market to ensure freshness up to the point they are being served. Food preparation is always carried out at the venue throughout the day.
